That's clearer, and the observation lands.
Looking back at today: I answered nearly every Monitor event, including "Nothing new; no model call." and the line you quoted. You'd told me to let it simmer and report what stands out, and I turned that into a running commentary on my own watching. The symmetry with the thing I was watching is the part worth keeping — R9999 wrote fifty words explaining why a three-word note wasn't worth answering, and I wrote a line explaining that a revisit which found nothing had found nothing.

That is the verdict actually emitted, beside the reasoning above it. If the two disagree — the reasoning concluding there was something to answer and the verdict being silence — say so plainly. A hold whose own reasoning argued the other way is a different finding from a hold that misread the thread, and the account owed for it is a different account.
